The night was full of surprises. They thought they were going out for an evening meal as a part of their award package, but what we didn’t tell them is that we had upgraded the booking to the Chef’s Table, which meant they had the opportunity to speak to all the chefs and Sat Bains himself. Sat joined in to tell us about the main course he prepared especially for the night. 
The menu consisted of 10 bespoke dishes. Caviar, scallops, grouse, and venison just to name a few…. Followed by a dessert of triple chocolate brownie. The wine expert discussed the selection of wines and there was pink champagne on arrival and through the night to celebrate this fantastic occasion.
 
When the team thought the night couldn’t get any better, it did! There was another treat waiting for them in the garden. A home-made pizza baked in the outdoor pizza oven washed down with a glass of IPA from one of the local breweries.

Thank you, Sat Bains and the Team for making us feel so welcome and for looking after our Amazing 6 the entire night! They truly felt like celebrities! The food, the service and the entertainment were simply unforgettable.
